The damage of electrical steel is a main index to measure the performance of electrical steel products. Iron loss (PT) mainly includes hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and anomalous loss. In order to prevent the short-circuit between the core laminates and increase the eddy current loss, it is necessary to apply an insulating coating on the surface of the electrical steel, that is, to coat the surface of the electrical steel plate with a layer of inorganic, organic or semi-organic paint, and form a skin film after baking. In the manufacture of electric motors, household appliances and transformer cores, electrical steel plates need to be cut into core-shaped blank material, and a predetermined number of stacked chip edges are fixed by argon arc welding and hot cast aluminum. Therefore, the surface coating of electrical steel not only needs to have good insulation and high interlayer resistance, but also must have good punching and shear workability, adhesion, weldability, oil resistance, and can withstand stress relief annealing and 600 ºC aluminum injection temperature. At present, semi-organic coating is widely used by domestic and foreign electrical steel manufacturers.
